It takes about 3-5 business days to ship your order. Some garments are hand made to order, and will take 2 weeks to ship. After that, depending on your location, it will take around 2-6 business days to arrive for US orders and 8-12 days for international orders.

Yes! We ship everywhere in the world. Please allow for a longer shipping period for all orders outside of the United States. Please be aware that NAHMIAS has no control over how countries choose to levy customs fees, duties or other taxes on incoming goods. We cannot predict what the customs fees will be as we ship to over 20 countries worldwide and each country has its own set of individual policies. If you are not familiar with your country's importing policies and taxation practices, please check before ordering.

Our design operations are based in Los Angeles, California. Most of our production is also handled on-site in our own facilities. For certain items, we partner with overseas factories.

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at info@nahmias.com with photos within 3 days of receiving the product. 

For returns or exchanges, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be NAHMIAS responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.

For specific care instructions, please check the individual product's label. 

Unless the care label specifies "dry clean only," all garments should be washed with cold water and hung to dry in a cool environment.

This will guarantee both the quality and the softness to last as long as possible.
